Blackbird Coffee

Blackbird Coffee was a go-to spot in while in Hanoi. There are a few locations around the city, but arguably the best is the one closest to Ngoc Son Temple. It's a cozy little café with balcony seating that overlooks the busy baristas below. Just a heads-up—be careful carrying your coffee upstairs, as the staircases in Vietnam are often pretty narrow with not much headroom.
